We offer a range of vehicle repair, maintenance, and customization services, including but not limited to:
Collision repair and bodywork
Painting and refinishing
Mechanical repairs and diagnostics
Routine maintenance (oil changes, brake service, tire rotations, etc.)
Detailing and aesthetic enhancements
Insurance claim assistance
All services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any service at our discretion.
Customers should schedule appointments in advance to ensure timely service.
We provide estimates based on an initial assessment, which may change upon further inspection.
Any changes in cost or scope will be communicated before additional work begins.
Customers must approve all repair costs before work starts.
Vehicles left unclaimed for more than 30 days after repair completion may incur storage fees and may be considered abandoned under applicable laws.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
A deposit may be required for special-order parts or extensive repairs.
Any billing disputes must be reported within 7 days of service completion.
Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection procedures.
We offer a limited warranty on certain repairs and parts; terms vary by service and will be provided at the time of repair.
Warranties are void if the vehicle is misused, modified, or taken to another shop for the same issue.
We are not liable for damages resulting from accidents, misuse, or negligence after the repair.
Warranty claims must be reported within the specified warranty period.
Customers must provide accurate vehicle information and disclose any known issues before service begins.
All personal belongings should be removed from the vehicle; we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
Customers are required to review and approve the final invoice before accepting the vehicle.
Ongoing vehicle maintenance after service is the owner’s responsibility.
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.
Refunds may be issued at our discretion, depending on the circumstances.
Deposits for special-order parts or major repairs may be non-refundable.
If a service issue arises, we will attempt to resolve it before issuing any refunds.
Auto Repair & Collision Centre is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our services.
Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.
We are not responsible for delays caused by supply chain issues, weather events, or other situations beyond our control.
We accept insurance claims for eligible repairs. Customers must provide the necessary documentation.
Any disputes between the customer and the insurance provider are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers are responsible for deductibles and any non-covered expenses.
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
